Kym Marsh sells house she bought with ex Matt Baker for fresh start with new man Scott Ratcliff
Coronation Street actress confirmed she’d put the house she shared with Matt and her children on the market
KYM Marsh has revealed she’s selling the house she bought with her ex-boyfriend Matt Baker for a fresh start with Scott Ratcliff.
The Coronation Street actress bought the house to live in with Matt but now says living there is “stressing her out”.
Kym and Matt dated for two years before they broke up in April this year.
The 42-year-old went on to find love with Army Major Scott and said the move will help her move on from the past.
Writing in her column, Kym said: “I’ve decided to sell the house I bought a year ago and I’m putting it on the market this week.
“My personal circumstances have changed since I bought it last year and I’m ready for a fresh start. The kids and I are living on top of each other and it’s stressing me out.
“My plan is to buy something bigger and nearer to my parents house, which is where I wanted to live originally. I’m also going to buy a house that doesn’t need any work.
“I feel really positive about the change as I’ve been toying with the idea for a while.”
Kym and Scott have kept their romance out of the spotlight and only made their first red carpet appearance as a couple last month.
She previously said of the hunk: “Scott is a lovely man and things are going well.

“It's early days, but so far everything is going well.
“I'm trying to keep the relationship as private as I can.”
Scott, who’s believed to be 12 years younger than Kym, was introduced to her by Corrie co-star Antony Cotton.
Kym first hinted at their budding romance at the start of August, after spending her birthday at the swanky Hotel Gotham in Manchester.
