Tomasz left viewers in tears on tonight’s Big Brother when he revealed the horrific homophobic abuse he experienced in the military

Tomasz and Brooke were discussing their experiences of homophobia with Zoe in the garden, as the other housemates continued with the second challenge of the day.

Things soon took an emotional turn when Tomasz revealed he had briefly served in the army in Poland, where he became subject to vile abuse from his fellow soldiers.

He explained: “You guys are very lucky to be born in this country. I unfortunately caught the time in history where military service was still compulsory, so I was in the army for a month.

“But it ended in disaster. It didn’t take long before everyone knew I was gay.”

He revealed that he was pinned down while several boys pretended to have sex with him, in a completely ‘degrading’ attack

Struggling to hold back his tears, he continued: “I was staying with 12/16 guys in one room.

“One night they were bored, and somebody just said: “Grab him”. Four of them grabbed my legs and the others grabbed my legs so I couldn’t get free.

“And they lay on top of me and pretended to hump me. It was so degrading.”

Left in tears by the story, Brooke commented: “It makes a complete mockery of everything you’ve been through.”

Tomasz added his shock that there was no law about sexual assault on men in the army, meaning he was let go under the condition of being “temporarily unable to serve.”

While their co-stars raced around to avoid it, Tomasz and his partner simply hid in the toilet, leaving fans in hysterics as they poked their heads over the door to watch their flapping housemates.

Tomasz only delighted fans again during the second challenge, where the housemates had to hold up a pile of coins for as long as possible.
