The singer was snapped taking her young son – whose dad is One Direction singer Liam Payne, 25 – to the home of former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh for a birthday party.

The tot was wearing a stylish hoodie and sported a cute David Beckham-style ponytail in his hair while Cheryl, 35, covered-up in a denim jacket and large dark sunglasses.

Her appearance comes two months after she announced her separation from popstar Liam, who previously hinted in new music that it was former X Factor judge Cheryl who instigated their split.

Cheryl will get her chance to respond when she launches her musical comeback later this year – but she’s staying mum for now.
