Katie Price’s reality show My Crazy Life at risk of being axed after TV bosses refuse to sign a third series – days after cocaine rap shame
KATIE Price’s reality show My Crazy Life is at risk of being scrapped as TV bosses are refusing to commit to a third series.
Producers are concerned a fly-on-the-wall insight into Katie’s life is the last thing she wants or needs – as they decide to put any future plans to film on hold.
A TV source said: “Katie’s life has hit rock bottom in recent weeks, which has made it difficult to put any regular arrangements in place for her show.
“The first two series were a big success for Quest Red and Katie’s appearance quickly became their top rated programme.
“But the whole premise of the show is to follow Katie as a mother-of-five but that may be impossible going forward due to recent events in her life.
“There’s still a slim chance for a third series to be commissioned but Katie will have to prove she’s turned her life around before it can even be considered.”
A spokeswoman for My Crazy Life told The Sun: “Katie Price: My Crazy Life Season 2 finished airing last month. No decisions have been made about a new series.”
As well as entering her third bitter divorce battle, the 40-year-old former glamour model also faces the prospect of being left penniless.
Katie’s recent lifestyle change including partying with new toy boy lover Alex Adderson has left her fans and ex-husbands Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler alarmed – causing them to keep her children away from her.
The Sun on Sunday revealed a video of Katie rapping the words "I love coke" in a film from a wild party with two men she met in a bar last week, sparking further concern for her well being.
Katie was filmed introducing former lover Kris Boyson to her mum towards the end of the last series of My Crazy Life.
The meeting didn't go entirely to plan as Amy was hesitant to give the romance her blessing so soon after Katie's split from husband Kieran.
Amy admitted to camera: "I thought 'here we go, another young one, yet again. I hoped Katie would go for an older man this time and not so soon."
