LOUISE Redknapp is to play a leading role in Dolly Parton's 9 to 5: The Musical.
The former Eternal singer will take to the West End stage after being cast as Violet Newstead.
She'll join Love Island winner Amber Davies, who is making her theatre bow.
Louise relaunched her pop career following her divorce from former footballer Jamie Redknapp last year.
She performed on the West End for the first time in racy production Cabaret last year.
Based on the cult Eighties film of the same name, 9 to 5: The Musical features music and lyrics penned by country icon Dolly Parton.

Amber, who plays Judy Bernly, turned down Hairspray to appear on the ITV2 reality show last year.
The eventual winner's parents, whose other daughter Jade Davies is an established West End star with credits for Les Miserables, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Phantom of the Opera, said bosses were "desperate" for her to sign up.
Amber and Louise are cast alongside stage star Natalie McQueen, who plays Doralee Rhodes, and multi-talented comedian Brian Conley, Franklin Hart.
Brian plays a sexist and egotistical boss who pushes Doralee, Violet and Judy to boiling point in the production, which boasts an Oscar, Grammy and Tony award-nominated score.
The three girls hatch a plan to turn the tables on their supervisor before things are complicated when the CEO visits their office.
Directed by Jeff Calhoun, 9 to 5: The Musical from January 28 to August 31, 2019, at the Savoy Theatre in London.
