The Sun Online's exclusive pictures show the algae-filled swimming pool has dried up and the tennis court is over-grown with moss.
The messy nine-bedroom property in West Sussex has fallen into decay since we revealed Katie's staff quit after she failed to pay them.
Katie's house was first revealed on Through The Keyhole in March, with fans gobsmacked at the scum-encrusted pool and horse poo all over her front drive.
Months later and the pad is still surrounded by overgrown grounds with the pool now completely drained.
Abandoned diggers are strewn around the mansion - two months after they were first spotted - while rubbish still litters both the front and back garden.
Two caravans are also parked outside, although it is not clear why.
Katie, who has been partying in Majorca in recent weeks, is thought to have let the mansion deteriorate in recent weeks even though she's believed to be selling the £2million property in a bid to drum up funds.
The star narrowly avoided bankruptcy in August, and was given three months to pay off her debts in court.
The Sun had revealed the extent of her financial woes the previous month, telling how she blew her entire £45million fortune on plastic surgery, luxury holidays and a £1million farm.
Katie was later seen moving some of her belongings into then-boyfriend Kris Boyson's semi-detached pad in Kent.
With the financial strain taking its toll, a source said of the move: "Katie was in desperate need of a change of scenery, so spending more time at Kris's was the obvious choice.

Weeks before their split, Katie had been pictured leaving a pub in the early hours with Alex Adderson, who she is now dating.
Kris recently revealed Katie's "out of control" lifestyle was an issue in their relationship, with the mum-of-five continuing to party without him.
The 29-year-old's claims come after The Sun revealed footage of Katie slumping to the floor after rapping the words “I love coke”, in footage from a wild party with two men she met in a bar.
