Emmerdale’s Adele Silva blasts Roxanne Pallett as a ‘narcissist’ and warns CBB punch claims ‘won’t be the end of it’
The Emmerdale star said that that 21 former colleagues can't all be wrong and that 'nobody has a bad word to say about Ryan'
EMMERDALE star Adele Silva has spoken out about her former co-star Roxanne Pallett saying there's "no smoke without fire" about the rumours that Roxanne is a trouble-maker to work with.
Adele, who plays Kelly Windsor on the ITV soap, alsop predicted that "this wouldn't be the end of it".
She was referring to the huge fallout after Roxanne, 35, accused fellow Celebrity Big Brother contestant Ryan Thomas of assaulting her.
It was only after footage was played back that it was clear he didn't and his name was cleared.
Since then no less than 21 of her former Emmerdale colleagues came out on Twitter to back Ryan, 35, and brand her "manipulative".
Speaking on FUBAR radio, Adele said: “The more we talk about it the more we give attention to it is playing into somebody’s hands, and maybe they like that in a narcissistic kind of way.
When someone has a reputation and they’re been fired from different jobs or lots of people are claiming they’re been bullied or accused of different things, then it’s baffling that I think that person gets employed again and again and again.
“And then you get to a situation like this and you think this was going to happen at some point.”
The 37-year-old also recalled working on the set of Emmerdale with Roxanne: “Sometimes when people come in and they don’t behave like they should and that many people are speaking out about it, then obviously it kind of rings alarm bells”.
Adele went on to say that Ryan and his brother Adam are "the nicest boys".
She added: "Nobody's got a bad word to say about them, and I think that speaks volumes that literally everybody was going ‘I know Ryan. I know Roxanne. I love Ryan’.”
Meanwhile Roxanne has described herself as "the most hated woman in Britain" after leaving the CBB house unexpectedly last week.
She gave an interview to CBB host Emma Willis afterwards but viewers slammed it for not being live, saying she "got off too easy".

However Emma, 42, was praised for her hard-hitting interview skills and for not cutting Roxanne any slack.
Roxanne said during the interview: “I am scared about the future… I just want to say I’m sorry.
"I needed to come and tell everyone that I got it wrong. I'm human. I made a massive, massive, horrible mistake."
Since Roxanne has deemed claims she's in talks to be in I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here in a bid to redeem her shattered reputation.
