Celebrity Big Brother fans fear for Ryan Thomas as he leaves the main house after falling ill

CELEBRITY Big Brother fans were distraught to see Ryan Thomas quarantined from the rest of the house after he fell ill.

The 32-year old reality show contestant has been through a lot on the Five reality show after surviving being accused of punching Roxanne Pallett.

After the emotional struggle of being accused of beating the ex-Emmerdale actress, Ryan has seen his immune system come under attack.

And in scenes aired on Thursday’s episode of CBB, fans saw Ryan being sent to a private room to recover from a fever.

“Ryan is feeling unwell,” CBB voiceover narrator Marcus Bentley explained as the episode began.

“And on medical advice will be spending the day in the spare bedroom,” Marcus added.

Footage showed Ryan alone in a room with only a single bed and a landline phone.

A bucket was positioned beside his bed – presumably for use in an emergency should Ryan require to throw up.

“Sad how Ryan isnt in tonight show. Hope hes ok #ryantowin #cbb,” one viewer wrote on Twitter.

“Awww bless Ryan hope he feels better soon @ryanjamesthomas #CBB #RyanToWin #TeamRyan,” typed another.

While a further viewer suggested the show wasn’t good without him.

“Hate to say it but Big Brother is REALLY boring tonight. Maybe its just because Ryan's ill and it feels different but its just really dull,” the fan tweeted.

Ryan's quarantine comes after he complained of feeling ill earlier in the week.

He told the housemates that he felt pain all over his body and had come down with a fever - just days after Roxanne Pallett accused him of punching her.

Ryan could be heard on CBB's Live Feed telling Nick Leeson: "I’m not well.

"I’m calling a doctor.  I'm so cold mate. I'm freezing. I'm 100 per cent not well.

"I'm going to call a doctor so they can take my temperature. I’m just glad my throat is OK, I hate when you swallow and can feel it.”
