Roxanne Pallett accused of school bullying as former classmate claims CBB star made her life ‘miserable’
ROXANNE Pallett's former classmate has accused the Celebrity Big Brother star of bullying her in school.
Former friend Sophie Banks revealed the actress "made her life miserable" on Twitter last night, hours before Roxanne quit the Channel 5 show due to her "punching" row with Ryan Thomas.
Roxanne has been slammed by CBB viewers for accusing Ryan of "punching her like a boxer", after he accidentally caught her arm in a play fight.
On last night's show, she was seen telling Ben Jardine that Ryan had "intended" to hurt her, and left her in pain all night after hitting her "five or six times".
The scene was met with outrage from viewers, which her former classmate Sophie immediately deemed as "karma", having been badly bullied by Roxanne in their youth.
She wrote on Twitter after the episode: "So 24 years ago I was bullied at school and left because it was so bad. Today the entire nation sees my school bully’s true colours."
She added in a second message: "Yes I was in school with her in Carlisle until I left as she made my life miserable. I havnt been watching it but it appears she hasn’t changed much."
When a follower voiced their support for her in response, Sophie added: "I have good friends and family who all knew what went on, they are still by my side!
"I’ve 2 boys and a career I consider my dream job. She doesn’t affect me. I’m pleased for those who still do feel the aftermath of what she did to them though."
Sophie previously discussed Roxanne's cruel behaviour with the Sunday Mirror, and claimed she began "bullying" her friends after finding popularity in school.
She revealed back in 2008: "She was calculating, evil and devious to me at school, people should know that she was the bully, not the other way round.
"I liked Roxanne to begin with and she'd come round to my house and I'd also visit hers for sleepovers but she established herself as Queen Bee very quickly and then she began to bully me.
"At first it would take a subtle form such as embarrassing me in front of our friends, or asking me a question, then dismissing what I said and humiliating me. She'd say, "You have got no friends and everyone hates you"."
A spokesperson for Roxanne declined to comment.
Roxanne demanded Ryan be kicked out of the house and refused to sleep in the same room as him after their "play fight", which was aired on TV on Thursday.
However, viewers have sided with Ryan in their "punching" row, with more than 11,000 fans complaining to Ofcom and several claiming she is "making a mockery of abuse victims".
Ryan was issued with a formal warning on the show yesterday, and later apologised to the actress for playful behaviour "coming across the wrong way".

Roxanne has since walked from the CBB house, in a move that is thought to be sacrificing her £750,000 fee.
In a statement released today, a spokesman for the star said: "Roxanne decided to leave the CBB house late last night after deliberating for two days with some sensitive issues she felt strongly about.
"She has now been reunited with her fiancé and family and thanks everyone for their support during her time in the show."
A CBB spokesperson confirmed the news in a statement and said: "Roxanne has decided to leave the BB House. The remaining housemates have been informed."
