RYAN Thomas' girlfriend and brother have jumped to his defence after Roxanne Pallett accused him of punching her on tonight's Celebrity Big Brother.
The former Coronation Street actor was given a formal warning by Big Brother after Roxanne went to the Diary Room and said he had punched her and called him a "woman beater".
Later that night, she went back to the Diary Room and said she didn't feel safe sleeping in the same room as Ryan, and was moved to a private bedroom on her own.
Ryan's loved ones were quick to react to the scenes, and couldn't hide their shock at what the 34-year-old had been accused of.
His younger brother Scott took to Twitter and wrote: "I have now seen it all! Women like that are so dangerous! Trying to damage my brothers reputation over what was blatantly some harmless play fighting.
"Be a drama queen all you want but don't try and ruin someone in the process! Nasty that!"
He added in a further tweet: "I actually don't think it's fair that she even stays in the house after this...i'm in complete and utter shock. She's clearly unwell I'm sorry."
He wasn't alone in his thoughts, as Ryan's girlfriend Lucy retweeted dozens of comments supporting Ryan.
She then tweeted: "Please RT or like if u want Roxanne removed. I don't think she is mentally fit to be in the house. #cbb #getroxyout."
A family member then tweeted from Ryan's official Twitter account, writing: "What happened tonight was ridiculously unfair and it’s actually scary to see how another individual can try and actively tarnish someone’s character!
"But thankfully the footage is there for everyone to see. Don’t let them dampen your light brother! Keep shining."
Ryan also received support from former Towie star - and ironically Lucy's ex - Mario Falcone.

He tweeted: "I feel like Roxanne is being well over dramatic about this...Ryan would've done it in a playful manner...she's literally trying to ruin his career and get him kicked out...nasty b****".
He added in another post: "F*** OFF ROXANNE.. you are a nasty woman. If you are that traumatised then leave!!! Trying to get rid of the favourite and worried about nominations.. little b****".
In a third tweet, he wrote: "Tonight Roxanne has made a mockery of domestic violence and her false attention seeking claims could have ruined the mans life...unbelievable."
Many of Ryan's former Coronation Street co-stars also came out in his defence, with Sally Ann Matthews - who plays Jenny Bradley - posting a picture of them together.
She wrote alongside it: "Here's me (hungover) with the kindest, most gentle, loyal, fun-loving, smiliest, adorable man you could wish to meet @ryanjamesthomas x."
Hayley Tamaddon, who appeared in the soap for two years until 2015, wrote: "I've known @ryanjamesthomas quite a few years. He is genuinely one of the kindest, warmest, funniest, happiest fellas I've met. And I've never come across a single person that doesn't think the same. We love you Ry!"
Another former co-star, Denise Welch, tweeted: "OMG!!! Roxanne!!! She's known Ryan for years! She used to go out with our friend!! I'm horrified!!!"
She added: "I truly believe Roxanne needs to be removed from #cbb. She's clearly not well and this is an outrageous slander on Ryan's character. Appalling."
Even Roxanne's former Emmerdale co-star Charley Webb was shocked, writing: "Watching Big Brother for the first time in years. Wow, just wow. #dangerous."
However Danny Miller - who plays Aaron Dingle - went one step further, tweeting: "Roxanne's a known, compulsive liar. Ryan wouldn't harm a fly. Horrible, attention seeking little liar.
"Goes from being upset & in pain to dancing & drinking - to going to bed, crying she can't sleep in the same room as Ryan, to worrying about being nominated? You be the judge #CBB".
Meanwhile Brooke Vincent - who plays Sophie Webster in Coronation Street - also spoke out in support of her pal.
She wrote on Twitter: "I’ve just caught up on @CelebBigBrother I honestly can’t believe what I have watched. @ryanjamesthomas Is like a brother to me and to see someone try and manipulate a situation towards him is so cruel , unnecessary and dangerous on so many levels!! TEAM RYAN ALWAYS".
The Sun Online has contacted Celebrity Big Brother for comment on the situation.
