The Birmingham model headed to Notting Hill for a party to launch her new app on Sunday.

Demi, 23, turned heads in the showstopping gown that boosted her best assets.

Her tiny waist was on display thanks to the cut out design of the sparkly dress.

She wore her hair in soft waves in a lighter shade of brown for a mermaid look.

As she posed for pictures outside, Demi beamed before heading inside to welcome her pals into the launch party.

Demi is fast becoming an entrepreneur after launching her new app.

It launched last week and it will be a chance for her to keep her fans up to date with her latest sexy snaps.

The star has a huge Instagram following, with over seven million people signed up to her account.

She's following in Kylie Jenner's footsteps after the 21-year old Kardashian sister launched her own app three years ago.

Earlier this summer she was in Ibiza to launch her swimwear collaboration range with ISAWITFIRST.COM.

The busty babe has gone on to sign a modelling contract and appeared in music videos with DJ Khaled and Chris Brown.

What's more, she’s even got dreams to crack America and become a successful actress.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Demi said: “I've been taking acting classes once a week and they are helping to build my confidence.

“The plan is to move to Los Angeles as soon as I can get a working visa.

“I can't be sure I am going to make it but I want to try my best.
