Celeb Big Brother’s Roxanne Pallett hiding secret heartache after best friend killed herself on Christmas Day
ROXANNE Pallett is living with a secret heartache after her best friend took her own life on Christmas Day.
The 35-year-old, who is currently in the Celebrity Big Brother house, was left devastated by Pamela Noble’s death in 2009 and has struggled to celebrate Christmas and birthdays since.
The pair grew up together and remained inseparable up until her suicide, which the former Emmerdale actress has struggled to come to terms with.
Speaking previously about her loss, Roxanne told magazine: “Christmas and birthdays are supposed to be happy occasions but, since Pam’s death, I haven’t been able to enjoy them.
“I still cry for my friend every day. Grief is hard and I sometimes feel lonely and cut off from the world.”
Reliving the last time she saw her friend, she said: “We spent the day at my house, just chilling out. I guess it was her way of saying goodbye.

“I could barely speak when I heard she was gone. My whole world went black. I didn’t leave my house for five months and I’d have panic attacks if I went outside.”
Since then Roxanne has bravely returned to work and is now trying her luck with reality TV.
She recently celebrated some good news as she recently confirmed her engaged to boyfriend Lee Walton – after he popped the question just a week after they met.
Although it hasn't stopped CBB housemate Ben Jardine from admitting he would have married Roxanne on Married at First Sight.
The former actress met her significant other after he was searching "#ElvisPresley" on social media, only for a picture to pop up of Roxanne visiting the late singing legend's home Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee - and Lee recognised her from the ITV soap.
Roxanne said: "We were engaged within a week of meeting! I know it sounds crazy, but I knew my heart.";
