Why did Stormy Daniels quit Celebrity Big Brother hours before the live launch?
Viewers of the Channel 5 reality show were wondering where Stormy Daniels was when she didn't appear on the launch night show (August 16, 2018).
On August 17, 2018, The Sun exclusively revealed that the Donald Trump porn star dropped out MINUTES before the live show started.
Stormy, 39, landed in London on the afternoon of the launch night and had a furious bust up with producers before pulling out and refusing to leave the hotel she’d been put up in.
She fell out with CBB staff and said she'd only go in if they gave her an extra £100,000 on top of her record £750,00.
She was due to be paid the massive fee for just a week on the show.
CBB refused to stump up the extra cash so Stormy, real name Stephanie Clifford, angrily told producers she wouldn’t go in, despite flying 4,900 miles from her home in Texas to appear on the show.
It was later revealed during the heated row with show executives that Stormy ‘screamed she would rather set herself on f***ing fire than enter the Celebrity Big Brother house’.
What did Rylan Clark-Neal say about it?
After Stormy claimed producers were “trying to control” her in a statement released through her lawyer, Celebrity Big Brother bosses responded by airing her explosive housemate video.
Rylan Clark-Neal set the record straight on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side by showing Stormy's intro video which had previously never been seen before.
After it had finished, the host told the audience: “She arrived in the UK in the morning. And she told us she simply wished to appear on launch show then leave. We tried to work out a fair compromise but for us the launch show was them going into the house, not leaving.
