50 Cent caught up in shooting on set of his music video in New York
The rap star was recording a music video in the Big Apple when shots were allegedly fired
RAP legend 50 Cent was filming a music video in New York on Tuesday when an unknown assailant opened fire with a gun – according to reports.
American news site TMZ claims as many as 11 shots were fired as the 43-year-old chart topping star (real name Curtis Jackson) was making the music video.
The rapper is currently facing three years in prison and possible registration on the sex offenders register in America after breaking a probation in relation to a 2015 guilty plea for creating sexual material involving a 13-year-old girl.
He is due in court to face sentencing on 2 October 2018.
