KATIE Price’s furious mum Amy is demanding that her new boyfriend Kris Boyson signs an agreement that he can’t spend her money or have a key to her house – but he’s refused.

Amy, who was unimpressed when she met 29-year-old Kris on Katie’s TV show, thinks he needs to put down in writing that he won’t use Katie for her cash.

But personal trainer Kris has put his foot down and chucked the paperwork in the bin, say friends.

“Kris Boyson quite happily signed a confidentiality agreement, as he had no choice - all of Katie’s partners have done in the past,” says the source.

“But this time her mum didn’t want her to be financially ruined like with previous boyfriends and husbands.

“In fact, she was so desperate for her daughter not to be financially taken advantage of, Katie’s mum Amy had a ‘boyfriend agreement’ written up for Kris to sign.

“It states that he can't make separate money off the back of Katie, isn’t allowed his own door key for her house, has no access to her money, for example PIN numbers or contactless bank card and isn’t allowed to give any ‘business advice’.

“But Kris was completely disgusted and stressed to Katie that this is no way to begin a relationship.

“He tore it up and threw it in the recycling. Amy keeps pestering Katie for it and has no idea it’s gone - nor does she know he has the pass codes to her two phones and the gate codes to the estate.”

Amy, who is suffering from terminal lung disease idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, recently admitted on Katie’s reality show, My Crazy Life, that she didn’t trust Katie’s soon to be ex Kieran Hayler and asked him to sign a confidentiality agreement before they even went on a date.
