COMIC Russell Brand tells his online yoga pupils to breathe in like they are smoking crack cocaine.
The controversial star, 43, has re-invented himself as a spiritual guru in a series of video classes on YouTube.
Wearing just a bed sheet around his waist, he explains breathing exercises and arm movements.
And the former drug addict explains “If you’ve ever been a crack addict or you like your weed, you’ll know how to pull that breath in hard. And hold it.”
Russell, who is married to TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher’s sister Laura, 31, and has two kids with her, has been dedicated to yoga for over a decade.
He credits it with helping him to kick his addiction.
The actor and author was previously wed to pop star Katy Perry, 33, but in his wilder past claims to have bedded 80 women a month.
And the reformed lothario has also admitted that yoga sessions had been a great place to go on the pull.
He bragged: “It’s full of amazing women. That’s a fact.
"They are all filled with sexual energy. It has been brilliant.”
