MEGAN Barton Hanson’s fans are convinced she has had more cosmetic procedures since leaving the villa as she looks more flawless than ever.
The 24-year-old wowed as she appeared at Love Island Live today alongside some of her castmates, showing off a very taut face, leading her loyal followers to speculate she might have had botox.

Looking amazing, Megan opted for a natural make-up look, letting her plumps lips and face steal the show instead.
Taking to Twitter to discuss her apparently new appearance one person wrote: “Megan’s had the Botox topped up clearly 😬 #facedoesntmove.”
While another tweeted: “Megan’s face like wtf, she’s got off the plane and straight on a needle #LoveIsland.”
Someone else wrote: “She didn’t need anything, she looked stunning, but now very obvious lip fillers , before was very naturally done .”

Last week Megan opened about the work she has had done in a new interview after it was estimated she had spent £25,000 on cosmetic procedures.
Speaking to shortly after coming fourth in the villa with her new boyfriend Wes Nelson, 20, she said: "I’ve had two boob jobs, a nose job, veneers and lip fillers.
"I had my first boob job when I was 19 but I rushed into it, so I had them redone a few years later to make them look more natural.

"I don’t think the amount I’ve had done is excessive and I didn’t do it because I was deeply insecure.
"The only thing I really didn’t like about myself before the surgery was my nose.
"I don’t think there’s anything wrong with enhancing your looks; it’s no different to getting a spray tan or your hair done."
