Dani Dyer describes the ‘lovely’ night Jack Fincham met her dad for the first time as they bonded over a curry on her birthday
DANI Dyer has described the "lovely" night when Jack Fincham met her dad for the first time and they bonded over a birthday curry.
The Love Island winner finally got her boyfriend to met her famous dad this week - and it went even better than expected.
Dani, 22, was unable to introduce Jack to her family after they got out of the villa because her parents, Danny Dyer and Jo Mas, were on holiday in Florida.
They got back from the trip this week, and Jack finally met Danny and Jo on Dani's birthday.
During her appearance on Capital FM today, Dani revealed the family dinner went really well.
She said: "You know, it was so lovely. It’s been really busy so it was nice to just chill with my family.
"It was really nice because Jack met my family."
Host Roman Kemp later asked her about The Sun's exclusive pictures which showed Danny meeting Jack for the first time as they popped out to pick up an Indian takeaway
Roman said: "There was a picture of your dad driving the car and Jack in the front seat, with I assume a take-away and you in the back.
"Just give us a little caption for that – what was going on?"
"We just chilled out... went and picked up the takeaway with Danny Senior."
Dani was co-hosting Capital Breakfast with Roman today and she got a big surprise as dad Danny pranked her during a phone-in.
She agreed to take calls from listeners and one started grilling her about her love life.
Dani had no idea it was her famous father on the other end of the phone as he asked her: "How are you getting on with with the Do Bits Society?"
Dani responded: "Its that a question or a fact? How am I getting on? Yeah it's been fun... a lady never tells."
It soon became clear that the caller was Dani's dad and she started laughing as Danny said: "That's the right answer Dan...
"My sweet little princess...
"It's unbelievable babe - I can't believe you got up so early."
Dani then ribbed the actor, saying: "You were snoring away this morning."
