KATIE Price has been quizzed by cops after The Sun revealed she had been driving while banned.
Sussex police confirmed officers interviewed the reality star on Monday after pictures showed her behind the wheel last week.
Katie, 40, has now been ordered to attend a police station for another formal interview as the force continues to probe the incident.
A source said: “The police spoke to Kate on Monday about it — it certainly doesn’t look as though this issue has just gone away for her.
“And they’ve made it clear they will be speaking to her again soon at the station. It’s all looking very serious for her.”
A spokeswoman for Sussex police confirmed: “A woman, who was reported for driving while disqualified, has spoken to police and will attend a police station for interview on an arranged date.”
Katie was driving a Ford Fiesta when the incriminating pictures were taken, showing her driving home from Gatwick with youngest kids Jett, four, and Bunny, three.
The Loose Women star, whose speeding ban does not expire for another fortnight, was alerted to the photos and confessed to cops in a bid to avoid major repercussions.
In an Instagram statement she blamed an “emotional roller coaster” for her decision to breach the law, which carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail and an unlimited fine.
The former glamour girl — whose £2million mansion was revealed to be in disrepair — wrote that she had been travelling with 16-year-old son Harvey to a hospital appointment — contrary to photographic evidence.
