Chrissy Teigen slams Meghan Markle’s dad Thomas for his ’embarrassing interviews’

CHRISSY Teigen has blasted Meghan Markle’s dad Thomas for his “embarrassing interviews”.

The 32-year-old model has known Meghan for years and felt forced to speak out after Thomas claimed Meghan had “cut him out” after marrying Prince Harry.

Chrissy posted screenshots of one of Thomas’ recent interviews in which he said he “didn’t care” if Prince William never spoken to him again.

She wrote next to the snap: “This guy... this guy sucks.

“What is wrong with him? Let your daughter be happy, please. This is embarrassing.”

Mum-of-two Chrissy has previously stayed coy about her friendship with Meghan but has said they were close while working together on Deal Or No Deal.

The pair worked as models on the show whose job was to hold the briefcases with the money.

Chrissy said of Meghan: “I remember her being just very quiet and sweet.

“Just really kind, and I don't say that about anybody.”

Earlier this month The Sun exclusively revealed how Thomas was considering flying to the UK to try and see Meghan in person.

The 73-year-old said hewas ready to fly from Mexico to London after almost two months without contact.

He feared he had been frozen out after a paparazzi picture scandal ahead of her wedding in May to Prince Harry, 33, which he missed due to heart problems.

Thomas told The Sun: “If I chose in a month, or couple of months, to go to England — I want to see my daughter. I’m thinking about it.

“I don’t care whether she is p***** off at me or not.

“I’m not going to wave flags and make a fool of myself.

“I’d find a hotel room and try to reach them.”
