LOVE Island's Dr Alex George and Alexandra Cane will be seen spending a night in the Hideaway in an upcoming episode.
On tonight's Aftersun, host Caroline Flack revealed that the doctor, 27, and make-up artist, 27, will get some alone time in the villa's secret bedroom during tomorrow evening's episode.

In the middle of a discussion about the couple's relationship on the Sunday night spin-off show, Caroline hinted that the couple will be taking their romance to the next level.
She said: "I can reveal an exclusive. That they will be in the Hideaway tomorrow night."
Her announcement led the studio audience to coo in excitement.
It comes after fans were left horrified when it was revealed that Dr Alex had grabbed Alexandra Cane's hand and put it on his privates.

In tonight's episode the make-up artist told the girls that the doctor had put her hand downstairs as they were laying in bed, and laughed it off - but viewers didn't find his actions funny.
One viewer wrote: "Alex makes me feel so uneasy. The fact that he took her hand and guided it down his pants is just pure gross!
