X Factor star Katie Waissel gives birth to her first child
X FACTOR star Katie Waissel has given birth to her first child.
The 32-year-old singer took to her Twitter account today to confirm the happy news to her fans.
She wrote: "And then there were three" alongside a blue heart emoji.
Katie - who appeared on the seventh series of The X Factor in 2010 - confirmed she was pregnant with boyfriend Andy Speer back in January.
The happy news came after a tumultuous few years in Katie’s personal life.
In 2012, she tied the knot to male model Brad Alphonso, but the pair split after just two months of marriage.
Three years later, she got hitched with TV host Brian Moote, but the breakdown of their relationship was confirmed in late 2016 when she stepped out without a wedding ring.
Back in April, Katie - who also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 - was already sporting a massive bump, and revealed she was "scared" about giving birth.
She admitted to fans she had "never been more excited and scared and nervous in my life."
In a heartfelt post, she wrote: "I wanted to share this picture with you as for me, it captured a real moment of vulnerability, honesty and heart.

"As a first time mum, reading and researching how to be ‘a great parent’ can’t even begin to prepare you for the emotional ride you embark on throughout pregnancy to get you there.
"So many firsts! So many questions! So many fears!
"BUT in this very moment that was captured, in all its innocence, is a sense of pride and slowly beginning to show some acceptance courage readiness and hell yeah I can do this!"
