LORRAINE Kelly's interview with Cher took an unexpected twist when it was gatecrashed by Meryl Streep last night.
The presenter squealed with delight when she was interrupted while chatting with the superstar in front of a live audience.
Video footage shows the moment Meryl creeps up from behind Cher before cuddling her on stage.
A very excited Lorraine got an extra mic for Meryl before exclaiming: "It doesn't get any better than this."
Meryl, 69, joked: "That's my mummy" as she looked up to 72-year-old Cher.
Cher plays Meryl's mother in the sequel Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, which is out on Friday.
She looked sensational with her hair in big curls and a gothic-tinged black dress as she arrived for the world premiere last night.
The pair were joined by co-stars Amanda Seyfried and Lily James on the blue carpet at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Leading lady Amanda, 32, also opted for a black outfit in the form of a chic trouser sit with a floral print adding some colour.
Thandie Newton, 45, wore a monochrome print dress, with small pops of red livening up the face covering her outfit.
Lily, 29, stepped out of her hotel in a ball gown, alongside boyfriend Matt Smith, 35, who looked dapper in a stone-coloured suit and shades.
