Love rat boxer Amir Khan reveals he has a six-week sex ban before every fight
AMIR Khan has revealed he is banned from having sex for at least six weeks before every fight.
Speaking on Good Evening Britain last night, the 31-year-old, who is married to Faryal Makhdoom, admitted that he does follow the rules and abstains from any hanky panky.
When quizzed about how long he goes without it, he said: “Yes. A long time. Six or seven weeks.”
The I’m A Celeb star, whose relationship has been marred with cheating allegations over the years, admitted that he keeps his family at arm’s length before a big bout.
He said:“It’s about keeping your family away and staying focused. Sometimes it’s a good thing to keep your family way. It comes to a stage where you are tunnel vision.
“Sometimes having your kids around or family around can take you away from that.”
Amir’s wife gave birth to their second daughter Alayna in April of this year. He is also dad to Lamaisah, who was born on 2014.
It was later revealed he slept with a beautician just 17 days after his wife gave birth for the second time – so he presumably wasn’t gearing up for a big fight then.
Sophia exclusively told The Sun that she spent the night with the boxer in his hotel room after meeting him in a London club.
The former world champ has been accused of cheating on numerous occasions.
In 2017 tweets from Amir Khan’s Twitter account had claimed he had split from wife Faryal Makhdoom… and accused her of cheating on him with Anthony Joshua.
A tweet on the boxer’s account read: “So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I’m currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best.”
He later confirmed on snapchat that it was him tweeting it, after Faryal claimed her and Khan’s accounts had been hacked.
The couple managed to get back on track though just in time for him to do I’m A Celeb.
