Iain Lee reveals bandaged head after he claims he was ‘viciously attacked by an owl’ just months after falling down a wishing well

Radio host said he was struggling on his talkRADIO show after the random attack he says happened yesterday

IAIN Lee showed off an enormous bandage on his head after claiming he was “viciously attacked by an owl”.

He managed to appear on his talkRADIO show in the early hours today and told his listeners that doctors had “glued me back together.”

The I’m A Celebrity star claimed he had been attacked by an owl yesterday – just months after he fell down a well.

Iain made the claims on Twitter and told his fans he was worried he wouldn’t make his slot.

He tweeted: “Sorry guys. Not sure I’ll be able to do the show tonight. This is the weirdest thing but...I’ve just been attacked viciously.

“By an owl. It sounds like a joke but it’s not. Just sitting in A&E with blood everywhere.”

However after heading to hospital he confirmed he would appear and posted a picture of himself outside an accident and emergency department.

Iain wrote: “Ok. The doctors here are incredible. I’ve had a tetanus and a few other injections. They GLUED the scratches on my head back together with GLUE. I’m woozy and in shock.”

Chatting to his listeners during his late night-early morning slot, he told them he was struggling and admitted: “I have a blinding headache and feel like I’m going to throw up.”

Iain appeared on Good Morning Britain to talk about the incident.

He claimed he was rescued by firefighters after becoming stuck inside the well.

Days before his appearance Iain tweeted “Sorry team. This is messed up. Tonight's show is cancelled as I've fallen down a well.

“This is not a joke.”
