Love Island spoilers: Jack asks Dani to be his girlfriend but she says her relationship with dad Danny will always take first place
LOVE Island’s Jack Fincham asks Dani Dyer to be his girlfriend on tonight’s show.
The stationary salesman and Dani are the villa’s longest standing couple and Jack decides it’s time to take things to the next level.

But it’s not clear if she’ll yes after she admitted that her dad – the actor Danny Dyer – will always be the main man in her life.
Revealing her concerns, Dani said in The Beach Hut: “I hope my dad’s happy. Me and my dad, we’re still going to go for sushi and that. Because Jack doesn’t like that. My dad’s got my first place in my heart. And Jack can have the second.”
Her comments come after Jack question whether her parents would like him.
Discussing his feelings towards her following the latest recoupling, he said: “You mean more to me now.

"Before I knew I really liked you, but this time it’s different. I told you, I’ve really got feelings for you.
Honestly, I meant it. I mean it. I really do feel like it’s the start of something with us two. Yeah, I do.”
The conversation quickly moved onto family, with Jack broaching the subject of Dani’s parents and how they will react to him.
Jack said: “It’s weird how I’ve got to this stage where I’m even thinking about wanting to meet your mum and dad and making a good impression. You are their daughter and I want them to like me because I’ll be spending loads of time with you. So I want them to go ‘he’s alright’.”
Reassuring him, daddy’s girl Dani said: “I definitely think they’ll like you, there’s no reason to not like you, is there?”

Following the conversation Jack tells the boys that he is planning on asking her to be his girlfriend.
He told Adam and Eyal: “Basically I wanted to speak to you two because I’ll be honest with you, I really feel like I want Dani to be my girlfriend. I do. I just feel like I’ve got to that stage now where I do want to leave here with her.
“I feel like I want that to happen. But sometimes when you put a label on it, it can ruin things can’t it? That’s what I’m worried about.”
After some words of wisdom, Jack finally musters up the courage to approach Dani and takes her outside and makes his heartfelt declaration.
But will Dani give him the answer he wants to hear and will her dad Danny really like Jack?
