Who are Kim Kardashian's children?

North West

North West is Kim and Kanye West's eldest child, born on June 15, 2013.

She is often pictured with her mother - the two also share a TikTok account, where North frequently posts videos with trending sounds.

North gave her first interview - alongside Kim - when she was four years old.

Kim and North appeared on the cover of Interview magazine, and the children of other famous faces got to ask North questions.

During her first pregnancy, she suffered preeclampsia, which forced her to deliver at 34 weeks - she also suffered placenta accreta after delivery.

Saint West

Saint West was born on December 5, 2015.

She reportedly experienced another difficult pregnancy with Saint.

Chicago West

was born on January 15, 2018.

After doctors told Kim it would be unwise to go through with a third pregnancy, she and Kanye decided to use a surrogate.

Kim's egg and Kanye's sperm were used, and baby Chicago arrived in early 2018 weighing 7lbs 6oz.

Psalm West

Psalm West is the youngest child of Kim and Kanye.

He was born on May 9, 2019.

In February 2020, Kim Kardashian revealed that she believed Psalm was the reincarnation of her father, Rob Kardashian Sr.

The  star - whose father passed away in 2003 - admitted she was introduced to the idea while on a trip to Indonesia.

"We were in Bali, and a woman - a blind medium - came up to me and said that I was going to have another son and that it was going to be my father reincarnated," she told .

What do their names mean?

Each of the West kids has a unique name, leaving fans questioning their meanings.

When it comes to North, grandmother Kris Jenner said of her name: "The way Kim explained it to me was that North means highest power, and she says North is their highest point together."

Their second child was named Saint because he was a "blessing" after Kim's tricky pregnancy.

In a 2018 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim explained her second daughter's name.

She said: "That is a place that made [Kanye], and a place that he remembers his family from… I just felt Chicago was cool and different."

In a later post to her website, Kim said she calls Chicago "Chi" (pronounced "Shy") because she felt like the name was too long and because "she's so girly!"

Kim also said that she unofficially gave Chi a middle name, something the other kids don't have.

Chi's middle name is Noel, the same as Kim's.

Despite Psalm's apparent connection to Kim's late father, the former couple opted not to name him Robert or Rob.

Instead, they chose a spiritual name from the Bible, which means "song."

This makes a lot of sense when you consider that Kanye, Psalm's father, is both a musician and a born-again Christian.
