“I am away for a few days from tomorrow so I won’t be able to complete my 30 Day Challenge, however here’s my progress and as soon as I am back I’ll be hitting another 60-90 days to see what shape I can get myself in,” he wrote to fans.
Dan and Jaqueline’s marriage has been strained in recent weeks – however they appear to be working on their romance following a brief split.
“We’ve been through a rough period but right now we’re getting on well,” Jaqueline said in a recent interview with OK! magazine.
"Neither of us knows what’s going on at the moment but we’re spending time together and seeing how things go,” she revealed.

"We’re getting on at the moment and that’s the most important thing to us,” she said.
He was forced to defend his holiday online after fans criticised him spending time away from pregnant Jacqueline and his children on Father's Day.
He wrote: “I post a picture of my beautiful children, that I’d do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING for, who I love more than anything on earth! Who I think about every minute of every day.
“Then have random w**kers that do not know me, saying I’m a s**t dad, my children are unlucky to have me as a dad, that I’m just a sperm donor etc.
“I don’t know why I’m reading these things, [they] hurt me because I know it isn’t true and these people don’t know me, f**k off you nasty disgusting people.
“My children are my absolute world, everyone that knows me knows how much I adore my children.

"No matter what has happened in past relationships or whatever, it does not make a s**t dad, I’LL ALWAYS do everything I can for my children and I’ll make sure they are happy as they possibly can be!
“How a relationship plans out does not change how someone is as a parent, there are millions of great dads out there that unfortunately aren’t lucky enough to spend every single day with their children etc.
“No one wants to live in a separate home to their children or not be able to put them to bed every single night, but sometimes it’s how it is and then all we can do is be the best dads we can be.
“Anyway, happy Father’s Day to all the good dads out there, we are all truly blessed.”
