Where is Victoria filmed?

The third series of Victoria was shot in Hull's High Street in June 2018.

The area was transformed into Victorian England to make the location look authentic.

Props, costume and multiple set designers worked endlessly to transform the location into an authentic setting from the 18th century.

What you may not know is that the location was also used for the show's second series.

Filming took place in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter with the cast spotted around the area in 2018.

Mammoth Screen producers were seen setting up on Falkner Square Gardens, Huskisson Street and Bedford Street before filming began.

Actors - including Jenna Coleman, Tom Hughes and Laurence Fox - could be seen wearing period dress and shooting scenes.

It's one of the biggest homes in the UK with an astounding amount of history behind it.

Harewood House

Parts of the stunning Harewood House, near Leeds, West Yorkshire, are transformed into Buckingham Palace.

It is no wonder that the sumptuous Palladian mansion was selected, as its official rooms embody all the pomp of their eras.

In fact, the real young Princess Victoria visited in 1835 and wrote in her diary on September 12: "Harewood is in Yorkshire. The park seems very fine; the  view from the window is very pretty. We dined in the beautiful gallery with a party of nearly 300 in number."

The location has been used in all three series of the show.

Carlton Towers

Windsor Castle, again, is actually Carlton Towers - another home that was built in the 17th century.

You can find it in the lovely village of Carlton in North Yorkshire.

It’s now owned by Lord and Lady Gerald Fitzalan Howard. And though it’s not always open for the public to visit, you can actually hire it for weddings.

Do note that the price isn’t cheap, so unless you have a good amount of money to spare, save your money for a time when the building is free for people to attend.

Duncombe Park

Duncombe Park provided the stunning exterior shots of Buckingham Palace on the show this series.

It's located in Helmsley, right in North Yorkshire, England and is still owned by the Duncombe family whose senior members assumed the title Earl and Countess of Feversham.

When the title had died out in 1963, their name had changed to Baron Feversham.

The park itself can be visited every day from 10am up until 4:30pm.

When is the fourth series of Victoria on TV?

ITV hasn't revealed any information regarding a fourth series.

While it's very likely that the network will commission the show for at least one more series, an official statement has yet to be made.

When ITV does confirm the fourth season, a release date shouldn't be expected until next around -- possibly in March.

Season four will most likely consist of less than 10 episodes again.

The show was created by Daisy Goodwin and stars Jenna Coleman as Victoria and Tom Hughes as Prince Albert.
