Dr Belinda Giles is a Counselling Psychologist and Systemic Psychotherapist, who is married to Question Time presenter David Dimbleby.
After a prior career as a TV producer and businesswoman, Belinda gained her doctorate from the University of Surrey in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Psychology in 2009.
She is the daughter of the former Sunday Times editor Frank Giles and has been a producer on numerous TV series and documentaries.
Belinda also won the BAFTA Award for Best Documentary in 1998, formerly known as the Robert Flaherty Award, for True Stories: The Grave.
When did David Dimbleby and Belinda Giles get married?
Belinda first fell for David Dimbleby in 1992 while she was married to society photographer Christopher Sykes.
David was also married to cookery-writer Josceline for 33 years before they officially divorced in 2000.
Belinda married the Question Time presenter, 20 years her senior, later that same year.
They live together on a farm in Polegate, East Sussex and own a second house in Dartmouth, Devon.
