SHE’S not quite Marilyn Monroe, but Rita Ora can do a pretty good impression of the blonde bombshell.
The pop star channelled the Fifties movie icon in New York while showing off this floaty silver skirt on the weekend.
She just about managed to keep her dignity as she posed over the updraft of an NYC subway grating – just like Marilyn did in her famous scene from the film The Seven Year Itch in 1955.
Rita also wore her hair in vintage style waves which added to her striking resemblance to the Hollywood legend.
Sharing a snap of her new look on Instagram, the singer, who is dating musician Andrew Watt, said: “Blondes have more fun!”
I’m sure Marilyn would have agreed.
Meanwhile, The Sun on Sunday revealed the secrets of her success and how, despite only releasing a single album, she has amassed a £16million personal fortune, pulling in an income of almost £4million in the past year alone.
The 27-year-old is making so much money she has been forced to remove her relatives from their positions as directors at her main company, Ora Multi Services Limited.
Industry expert Mark Mulligan says Rita has raked it in after realising selling records makes peanuts compared to what can be made through touring and exploiting her own brand.
Mark said: “Rita and the people around her have proven to be very canny operators in the modern era.
