KATIE Price has confessed she’s struggling to get used to life as a single mum of five as she heads off for weekend away without the kids.
The former glamour girl is taking a well-deserved break after a rough few weeks.
Katie, 40, took to Instagram to reveal she’s spending a couple of days on a health and fitness retreat while the kids are with their dads and Harvey is with friends.
The TV star opened up about life as a “single mum” and declared she’s “only human” and needs some time to “switch off”.
After posting a picture of a country landscape, she wrote: “Being a single mum I’m now about to enjoy my healthy fitness weekend away while my babies are with their dads and Harvey with his friends…
“Time to switch off… #family #loyaltyiseverything #ignorethehaters #imonlyhuman #survivingsinglemotherhood.”
Katie is now a single mum to her five kids after splitting from husband number three Kieran Hayler.
The Sun Online revealed yesterday that she has hired a new nanny to help with the children despite vowing never to bring another female employee into the house after Kieran cheated on her with the last one.
She was spotted out and about with new nanny Lauryn Cook, 18, yesterday.
Kieran is looking after his two kids with Katie, Bunny and Jett, this weekend, while Princess and Junior are staying with their dad, Peter Andre.
Katie left Peter, 45, fuming when he discovered she’d left Junior, 13, and Princess, 10, alone with her new boyfriend Kris Boyson, 29.
The Sun revealed Peter had banned Katie from seeing the youngsters and they are now living with him.
A representative for Katie confirmed the kids are living in the Andre family home, telling : “What is important [is] that the focus is on what is best for the children during tough times as Peter has acknowledged.
“Katie is a remarkable mother, Peter is a wonderful father, together they are doing what is best for their children.”

Katie has been pictured on a series of wild nights out since splitting from husband Kieran Hayler, further worrying Peter.
