Death And Nightingales continues TONIGHT (December 12, 2018) at 9pm on BBC Two.
Filming for the series started in summer 2018 in Northern Ireland.
There are three hour-long episodes.
The drama is directed and adapted by Allan Cubbit from the 1992 novel of the same name by Eugene McCabe.

She will play the role of Beth Winters, a 25-year-old who's desperate to break away from her strict stepfather.
Ann has previously starred in Red Rock, Rebellion and Little Women.
In 2018 she was nominated for an Irish Film And Television Award for her role in Kissing Candice.
Matthew Rhys (Billy)
Matthew Rhys, 43, is a Welsh actor from Cardiff.
He plays the role of Billy - Beth's landowner stepfather.
His notable roles include Philip Jennings in the US series The Americans and Dylan Thomas in The Edge Of Love.
What's Death And Nightingales about?
The series is set in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, in 1885 - a time when political, religious and class tensions ran high.
The drama follows Beth Winters' struggle as she tries to break free from the strict rule of her violent protestant stepfather Billy.
She is aided by Liam Ward, a charming young catholic who hates Billy for his wealth and power.
All of the action takes place over a 24 hour period as decades of pain and betrayal build to a terrifying climax.
