Shakira and Gerard Pique sell £8.6m Miami home with it’s own hookah lounge, home cinema and huge swimming pool
SHAKIRA has put her incredible Miami mansion up for sale – and that means fans can get a look inside it for the first time.
The popstar is asking for a massive £8.6m compared to the £2.5m she paid for it, but she’s done a lot of work on the property.
When she bought the six bedroom property in 2001, she completely renovated it – bringing hard wood floors from Spain, a new front door from Europe and had custom-designed furniture imported.
She also put in ‘all new lighting systems’ – which may just be a rich person’s way of saying new light switches – and improved the garden.
The home, which she shares with footballer Gerard Pique, is pretty impressive.
Aside from the all-white interior, it’s got a huge pool with it’s own bar in a poolside cabana.
It’s also on the water, so has it’s own private dock for a boat. Which, if you have £8.6million to spend on a house, you probably have too.

Shakira displays her pop awards in the office area, and there’s a whole ‘entertainment wing’ at the back of the house.
It contains a small home cinema, an all-white pool table and a hookah lounge with sofas and huge windows.
It’s not Shakira’s only home – she spends most of her time in Barcelona, Spain, with Pique, where they have two houses.
It’s also rumoured she co-owns an island in the Bahamas called Bonds Cay with Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters and Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz.
