Dame Judy Dench told a young paramedic to ‘f*** off’ for asking if she had a carer
DAME Judi Dench told a young paramedic to “F*** off” when he asked if she relied on a carer.
The Bond actress, 83, revealed she needed medical help after a hornet stung her on the bum.
She said: “A paramedic walked into the room who was about 17 and said ‘What’s our name?’ So I said ‘Judi, and he said ‘Have we got a carer?’
“And I’m afraid I completely blew my top. I said ‘You f*** off!
"I’ve just done eight weeks of The Winter’s Tale at the Garrick Theatre.’ I was so angry.”
Judi discusses getting older with fellow actors Joan Plowright, 88, Maggie Smith, 83, and Eileen Atkins, 83, in BBC2’s Nothing Like A Dame on Saturday at 9pm.
Talking to Judi, Harry Potter star Dame Maggie said: “I don’t like it when people ask if you’ve sorted your funeral.

In 2012 Judi revealed an eye condition means she can no longer read scripts.
Instead she relies on her daughter, agent or pals to read them to her, adding: “I like that, because I sit there and imagine the story.”
