Britain’s Got Talent finalist Robert White gets shoved by Big Narstie in shock spat on live TV after the rapper ‘took joke the wrong way’
BRITAIN’S Got Talent finalist Robert White got into a bust up with Big Narstie on live TV after trying to dance with him.
Stunned viewers watched as the comedian was shoved during Anne-Marie’s performance on Britain’s Got More Talent.
Big Narstie appeared to lash out as Aspergic Robert celebrated landing a spot in the BGT final, and the shorter comedian jokingly tried to dance with the much bigger rapper.
Video footage shows Robert dancing in the crowd to pop star Anne-Marie’s 2002 hit before Big Narstie appears to lose his temper.
BGMT host Stephen Mulhern is seen pulling faces at the camera with Big Narstie when Robert tries to take hold of his wrist to dance.
The 41-year-old later defended Big Narstie telling fans to “give him the benefit of the doubt” and explained that he believed the “visual joke was obvious”.
Funnyman Robert said: “Big Narstie hi-fived, shook and then made up. No bad feelings from me.
“To me the visual joke was obvious; the tiny guy dancing with the big guy, but not everyone thinks in comedy, so I think you should give the benefit of the doubt.”
It’s not known whether Robert fell in the scuffle, but Big Narstie appears to be looking down at the floor.
Viewers leapt to Robert’s defence moments after the spat was aired on ITV2.
One fan said: “Dear @SimonCowell I suggest @bignarstie is never booked again for a show under your name. He just aggressively pushed Robert White live on BGMT when Rob tried to dance, absolutely disgusting behaviour, from an ignorant vile bully #bgt #bgmt @davidwalliams”.
Another added: “Wtf did I just see at the end of Britain’s Got More Talent?!!! Big Nasty just pushing Robert White away !!! Living up to his name.”
Robert replied to his fans: “Dear All, thank you for the nice messages and tweets. I literally can’t reply to them all because my phone has gone into meltdown. But to everyone deepest thanks.”
The Sun Online has contacted Big Narstie’s reps about the incident.
