Coleen and Wayne Rooney enjoy water sports as they relax on boat with sons in Barbados

COLEEN and Wayne Rooney soaked up the sun and enjoyed the water sports on offer during their holiday to Barbados.

The couple are on holiday with their four sons, Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass.

In one shot, Coleen and Wayne, both 32, can be seen on a giant inflatable with their two eldest sons, Kai, eight, and Klay, five.

In another, the couple are relaxing on a catamaran with champagne.

Kai and Klay were keen to give the water sports a go as they were both spotted water skiing.

Coleen even had a go, though Wayne appeared to give it a miss.

Coleen's mum, Colette McLoughlin, has joined them on the holiday.

In one shot, she can be seen wearing a white kaftan with multicoloured embroidery on it.

Coleen sported a monochrome striped bikini, showing off her incredible post-baby body.

She only gave birth to their fourth son, Cass, three months ago, but she's already in fantastic shape.

Earlier this month Coleen revealed she had already lost most of her baby weight.

And she credits her big brood for helping her to lose the extra pregnancy pounds.

"I try to eat healthily throughout the week, but at weekends I still like having a takeaway or going out for a meal, or having a few glasses of wine.

"I am not really strict with myself, because I think you have to enjoy life as well."
