SCARILY TALENTED

Who are Futunity? Britain’s Got Talent 2018 dance group who dressed as zombies in their audition

THE Britain's Got Talent auditions are almost done and dusted, and we've seen the best (and worst) of what the nation has to offer.

Among the final set of hopefuls to take the stage are frighteningly talented dancers Futunity, who perform as ZOMBIES. Here's what you need to know about them...

Who are Futunity?

Futunity are a dance group and academy competing in Britain's Got Talent 2018.

They were formed by former gymnast and primary school teacher Helen Heanen in London in 2004.

Initially offering consultancy in schools and youth centres and dance classes in a gym, Futunity moved into their own Uxbridge studios in 2008.

Specialising in hip-hop, their five different crews regularly enter street dance competitions and perform at local events.

However, Futunity has expanded their offerings to incorporate ballet, contemporary, jazz, pole fitness and more.

In their BGT audition the group – made up of dancers aged between eight and 24-years-old – performed as the undead in a bid to wow the judges.

When is Britain's Got Talent 2018 on ITV?

Following its return on April 14, Britain's Got Talent will air every Saturday night.

The live shows kicked off on Monday, May 28.

This means the grand final is most likely to fall either in the last week of May or the first week of June.

As well as holding auditions around Britain, this year the producers went to scout talent in Benidorm, Spain.

The show features several rounds of auditions which culminate in live shows aired on TV.

Who is on the BGT judging panel?

Simon Cowell returns to lead the judging panel once again.

Last year's fellow judges - David Walliams, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon - are all back too.

These judges have been in place for the past six series, with Amanda and Simon remaining constant throughout the entire eleven-series run.

For the first four series, there were only three judges, with Piers Morgan in the third chair.

Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff then joined the team for 2011, but they only lasted one series.
