What has Lucia accused Harvey Weinstein of?
Lucia - then aspiring star Lucia Stoller - told in 2017 how she had been approached by Weinstein at Cipriani Upstairs, a club in New York, in 2004.
She said she gave him her number and an assistant set up a daytime meeting at the Miramax office, in the city a short time later.
She says he then pounced on her when they were alone in an office together – forcing her to perform a sex act on him.
Lucia said: “I said, over and over: ‘I don’t want to do this, stop, don’t’. It was like it was just another day for him. It was no emotion.”
She revealed she struggled with the decision to make a formal police complaint about Weinstein in an interview with the .
She told Ronan Farrow, one of the first journalists to report on the Weinstein allegations: "At a certain point, you have to think about the greater good of humanity, of womankind".
Weinstein has always denied the allegations.

The development reportedly came after new evidence emerged about Ms Evans, who claimed she had been forced to perform oral sex on the Weinstein during a meeting at his New York office.
A friend of Lucia who was with her on the night and spoke to her after the alleged incident told investigators she had willingly performed the sex act.
Weinstein was charged with rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse and sexual misconduct for attacks involving two women, the NYPD said.
Weinstein has denied having non-consensual sex with anyone following accusations by more than 70 women, mostly young actresses and other women employed in the movie business, of sexual misconduct, including rape, dating back decades.
