MOTHERFATHERSON is a slick BBC Two show starring the likes of Richard Gere.
As the series comes to an end TONIGHT (April 24), we take a look at the cast and plot of the media mogul drama.
When is MotherFatherSon on BBC Two?
The first episode of MotherFatherSon was aired on March 6, 2019, at 9pm on BBC Two, and the final episode hit screens TONIGHT (April 24).
It was shot last summer in London and on location in Spain.
There will be eight hour long episodes of the original drama, which has been created and written by Tom Rob Smith.

What is MotherFatherSon about?
MotherFatherSon is a political and psychological thriller focusing on the three family members, Max and Kathryn and their 30-year-old son Caden.
When Caden’s self-destructive lifestyle spirals out of control, the devastating consequences threaten the future of the family, its empire, and a country on the brink of change.
Speaking about being part of the drama, Richard said: “It’s been almost 30 years since I worked in television.
“I’m so pleased to be working now with the BBC on this extraordinary 8 hour project with such talented people and which resonates so much to the time we live in.”

Who's in the cast?
Richard Gere
Richard Gere is returning to TV for the first time in almost thirty years for the drama.
He plays father Max - a charismatic self-made American businessman with media outlets in London and around the world.
Speaking about being part of the drama, Richard said: “It’s been almost 30 years since I worked in television.
Richard is well loved for his roles in films such as Pretty Woman, Runaway Bride and An Officer and a Gentleman.
Helen McCrory
Peaky Blinders and Harry Potter star Helen is taking on the role of Kathryn.
The 49-year-old is married to Damian Lewis in real life.
She portrays a British heiress who has been estranged from Max following the breakdown of their marriage some years before.
She said of her part: “Tom Rob Smith has written the most astonishing script - completely original and full of surprises."
Billy Howle
Rising star Billy is playing Caden, Kathryn and Max’s son Caden.
Caden is at the centre of the drama as he spirals out of control, causing repercussions for the whole family.
The 28-year-old actor is fast becoming one of the most in demand stars on TV.
His roles include Glue, Witness for the Prosecution and On Chesil Beach.
Sarah Lancashire
Sarah Lancashire is playing Angela Howard, a businesswoman turned MP.
The actress, 53, started her TV career in Coronation Street, playing ditsy barmaid Raquel.
Since then, she has starred in Where the Heart Is, Clocking Off, The Glass, Last Tango in Halifax, Happy Valley and Kiri.
Sinéad Cusack
Sinéad Cusack will take on the role of a "renegade" journalist called Maggie, alongside Paul Ready.
The pair work at the newspaper that Richard Gere's character Max owns.
Sinéad is well known for her roles in Call the Midwife, Marcella and Jekyll & Hyde.
Others starring in the drama include Pippa Bennett-Warner, Elena Anaya and Ciaran Hinds.
