Love Island 2018: Chloe Goodman’s student sister Amelia ‘set to join the villa after impressing show bosses’

LOVE Island is now less than two weeks away from returning to dominate our summer and rumours are rife about exactly who will be heading to the villa in pursuit of a relationship.

One name being banded around is Amelia Goodman – the student younger sister of reality star Chloe Goodman.

The chemistry student – and self-described “Social Media Influencer” – is said to be preparing for a summer of sunshine and snogging as part of the 2018 cast.

According to the Amelia has already “met with producers and casting bosses” and will be heading to Majorca – where the show is filmed.

If the report is true, the prospect of sunshine and love action might be coming at the perfect time for Amelia, who has hinted on social media that she is more than bored by the mundanity of her student life.

“Made it out my exam even though it went awful,” she wrote on Instagram on Wednesday.

“I’m over this chemistry degree,” she added.

While it is unlikely she would be able to confirm if she is heading to Love Island, Amelia has remained silent on prospect going on the programme.

While a spokesperson for the ITV2 show appeared to downplay speculation that Amelia would be involved.

“The line up is not confirmed at this stage. Any names are pure speculation,” they said.

Amelia might not be unfamiliar with life as a reality star as her older sister Chloe has managed to crowbar her way into a number of hit reality shows already.

The outspoken brunette appeared on the first ever series of MTV’s dating show Ex on the Beach which aired in 2014.

She then featured on Celebrity Big Brother in 2015, competing alongside Jeremy Jackson and Michelle Visage for the title – which was ultimately won by Katie Price.

Chloe then returned to Ex on the Beach in 2016 as one of the All Star contestants.

Love Island is set to begin airing on ITV 2 from June 4 2018 and will run for eight weeks.
