EastEnders shock as Shakil and Keegan are stabbed outside the Queen Vic
EASTENDERS viewers were in shock tonight when Keegan and Shakil were stabbed outside The Queen Vic.
The boys lay bleeding on the ground in a lane beside the Albert Square pub in the harrowing stabbing scenes at the end of Monday night's episode.

It all kicked off when Keegan - played by Zack Morris - was late to Karen's Royal Wedding viewing party and decided to nick a bike on his way back.
The pedal bike wasn't locked and he later proudly showed it off to Shakil.
But Shakil then tells him that it belongs to a local gang who have posted a "most wanted" photo of Keegan on social media.
Shakil offers to return the bike for him and pretend that he found it but Keegan refuses and says: "You know what, I've never had nothing as nice as this bike".

Shakil pleaded with him to give him the key but he refused.
Keegan later goes to the loo while they're watching the Royal Wedding in the pub and Shakil gets the jacket out of his keys to the return the bike.
In the meantime the gang arrive in Albert Square and go looking for Keegan in the pub, who hides in the toilet cubicle.
He then goes outside and finds Shakil has taken the bike back and confronts one of the gang members who is standing outside the Queen Vic.

The gang member runs down the alley way at the side of the pub and when Keegan turns around, he's confronted by another lad who stabs him in the throat and pushes him into the lane.
As he lies there struggling to breathe, the gang laugh and cycle off.

Keegan then sees Shakil in the doorway and reaches out to him but he then stumbles to the ground while clutching his leg which is covered in blood.
The boys look at each other in shock and pain as Shakil appears to pass out.

The horrific storyline was written to mark the tenth anniversary of the death of former star Brooke Kinsella's brother
Viewers at home were shocked and upset at the dramatic scenes and took to twitter to express their views.
One wrote: "Keegan's been stabbed!!" and another added: "Omg!!!! They’ve both been stabbed 😔😔😔 #EastEnders whatttttt!"
