Adam Thomas reveals thieves have stolen two of his bikes in two days as well as his car from his drive
The actor hasn't had the best week after being targeted by criminals twice
ADAM Thomas needs to invest in better security or move to a better area - he's had two bikes and a car stolen from him in just two days.
The former Emmerdale star, 29, took to Instagram to reveal that his car was stolen from outside his house, and two of his bikes were stolen while looked up outside in his local town centre.
Adam - who was also burgled in 2017 - confessed he didn't have the safest or most sensible security combination for his lock.
He wrote: "Two bikes robbed in two days. If anyone's got a spare bike, let me know.
"Just to be clear, my bike wasn't robbed from my house, that was my car.
"They were both robbed from town and they both had locks on... so just be careful.
"PS, if your code is 0000, change it."
Adam left Emmerdale last year after eight years playing Adam Barton on the hit ITV soap.
After his exit, he hit out at show bosses for not giving him enough screen time.
Adam's wife, Caroline, is currently pregnant with the couple's second child and she has revealed she's in agony as she prepares to give birth.

She recently wrote about her pregnancy in her column for OK! magazine.
Caroline revealed: "The baby is showing no signs she wants to come out! She has changed position, so the only thing I’ve got is stabbing pains below my bump, called lightning crotch, which just show that she’s really low down.
"I can hardly move or even bend down, and she does feel really heavy – it’s more difficult when I’m trying to sleep.
"I’ve been great up until this point, but you know when you’re feeling a little sorry for yourself?
"I’ve not been able to go to work because I’m in agony when I stand up, so I just can’t be there.
"Work has kept me going and given me something to do, so I would definitely advise mums in the same position I’m in to keep going as long as they can, because it’s good to stay busy."
