MENTAL health can sometimes be an issue people brush under the carpet.
But new Channel 5 show Me & My Mental Health will look at what can cause people to battle different disorders and what help there is for them - here's what we know...
When is Me & My Mental Health on Channel 5?
This new documentary is on THIS THURSDAY (May 17, 2018).
You can catch it on Channel 5 at 10pm.
It goes up against the News on both BBC One and ITV and a repeat of League of Gentlemen on BBC Two.
What is the documentary about? What issues will they tackle?
To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, this film hears from people living with mental health problems.
They include TV presenter Iain Lee, who talks about his depression and talk show host Trisha Goddard, whose anxiety led to suicidal thoughts.
Actor Adam Deacon, who was sectioned after a psychotic episode, will also be on the show.
What has Iain Lee said about depression?
Iain has always been very open about his battle with depression, but he has now revealed what triggered his battle with the illness.
The comedian turned talk RADIO host says he was sexually abused as a child by a Scout master and believes it led to him taking anti-depressants and even considering suicide.
Iain will make the shocking revelation on the Me and My Mental Health documentary.
He said: “A lot of my depression comes around self-loathing, shame and guilt. How do I say this? There was a bit of sexual abuse that went on as a kid. A scout master and stuff, which kind of weighed heavily on me.
“It is the most horrendous messed-up scenario, it was humiliating and it was shameful, and I remember getting home to my mum and dad and never telling them. I never told them.
“I think it certainly played a part in my depression, what happened to me at the age of eight."
