DAVID Jason has been pictured filming the new series of Still Open All Hours.
The legendary actor headed to Doncaster to shoot the BBC sitcom, which is heading into its fifth season and set to air later this year.
The show - which is a sequel to the original comedy, Open All Hours - is filmed in the Yorkshire town and David, 78, was pictured back in his brown shopkeeper's jacket as Granville.
However, the fine spring weather seemed to be playing havoc with the shoot, as some of the scenes appeared to be for a Christmas episode.
At one point David wore another brown jacket, gloves and a scarf over his outfit, while snowflakes could be seen on the shop windows and Christmas decorations adorned the space outside the store.
But with the conditions far from wintery, the crew had to change the set up so different scenes could be shot.
David was joined on set by his co-stars Stephanie Cole and James Baxter as they finally got underway with their lines.
The sitcom debuted in 2013 as a sequel to the original show Open All Hours which ran from 1973-1985.
David took on the role of Granville when the show first started, starring alongside the late, great Ronnie Barker who played Albert Arkwright.
In Still Open All Hours, Granville is joined by his son Leroy - played by James - who was conceived on a one-night-stand in Blackpool.
