The fitness guru's wife, Rosie Jones, is often seen by his side but she has an incredible career of her own.

Life as a glamour model
Born July 19, 1990, Rosie Jones is a glamour model and former Page 3 girl.
She attended St Paul's Catholic College, where she achieved four A levels, before signing up to Samantha Bond Management at the age of 17.
Samantha Bond was the agency which discovered Katie Price.
Her modeling career quickly took off shortly after, prompting her to give up her dream of becoming a primary school teacher.
During her stint as a Page 3 girl, Rosie raised thousands of pounds for charity and campaigned on issues including breast cancer and dog cruelty.
Rosie also climbed Mount Toubkal in Morocco, for Help for Heroes.
Speaking about the charity, she said: “It’s more important than ever to show support for our troops.
“A donation to Help for Heroes shows we won’t be beaten.”
Whirlwind romance
In September 2016, the Sun exclusively revealed that Rosie was dating fitness sensation Joe Wicks.
The couple separately posted identical holiday pictures from Richard Branson’s Necker Island without mentioning each other, sending fans into a frenzy.

In January 2017, Joe announced that he wanted to marry Rosie and said: “She’s definitely The One.
“But some things you have to keep for yourself.
"I live on social media every day, so the only thing I have that’s private really is me and my girlfriend."
By November 2018, the pair were engaged despite Joe admitting that he didn’t believe in marriage before meeting Rosie.

Fairytale wedding
The couple confirmed that they wed on June 29, 2019.
Posting a picture of their wedding, Joe wrote: “Just married. Having such an amazing day so far with all our family and friends."
The pair were dressed to the nines for the event, despite it being the hottest day of the year.
Joe wore a three-piece suit and Rosie wore a stunning white dress with long sleeves.
Mum-of-four
Joe and Rosie have four children together.
Their first child, Indie, was born in July 2018 and their son Marley was born in December 2019.
The couple’s second daughter, Leni, was born in September 2022 and their second son Dusty was born in June 2024.

Joe’s superstardom
Joe became known as The Body Coach online, after he began posting a series of work-out and diet videos on YouTube and Instagram.
His popularity exploded during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he launched the series PE with Joe which was aimed to keep children active.
The star signed on to Dragon’s Den and started appearing on the show in 2025.
Ahead of his stint on the show, he said: "I get a lot of joy from helping others and seeing other people succeed so I thought it would be a really wonderful opportunity to back someone and see another person live out their dream.”
