Ferne McCann ‘in talks for movie role’ after impressing film producer with her ‘acting skills’
FERNE McCann is being lined up with a Hollywood movie role, according to new reports.
The 27-year-old, who found fame in Towie, is said to have seriously impressed a film producer after meeting them in Cannes a few years ago.
Now the annual Film Festival is over, Ferne is now said to be meeting with them to discuss a possible acting role in the states.
A source told : “She met a producer who was really impressed with her acting skills.
“They have kept in touch and Ferne is meeting with him in London this week.”
The insider said Ferne – who has a baby daughter Sunday with convicted acid attacker Arthur Collins – couldn’t be more excited about the prospect of going to Los Angeles to work.
Ferne took a break from TV while pregnant with her daughter but is now back with a second series of her ITVBE show First Time Mum.
The candid series gives a no-holds-barred account of Ferne’s experience of a single mum after Collins was jailed.
In the last episode, Ferne admitted she was struggling with the sleepless nights.
She told her pal James “Arg” Argent: “I was up all night last night...
“I am knackered I'm like a walking zombie - even the simplest things are like a mission.”
The latest onscreen drama came after Ferne appeared to take a dig at Sam Faiers as her show returned to TV earlier this month.
