LOVE Island is now just weeks away and The Sun Online can exclusively reveal a first look at the stunning location.
A small army of production staff and builders have arrived at the luxurious property in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on the East of Mallorca to make sure the villa is swankier - and sexier - than ever.
Set on a hilltop away from a nearby village, the pad, which was used on the show last year, is currently a hive of activity as the workers give the property an almighty upgrade.
Staff have been busy for days setting up the hidden cameras and linking up the microphones to make sure every cough and spit is captured on screen.
Yards of wiring run along the outskirts of the pad while bikini-clad babes and musclebound hunks make up and break up for the cameras.
And although everything may look effortlessly pristine on TV, behind the scenes there's evidence of a lot of hard work, with wheelbarrows and skips filled with wood surrounding the pad.
Even though the villa looks like a building site now, it won’t be long until it’s luxurious décor is revealed in all its glory.
As well as having an enormous pool and a veranda that stretches across the entire property, the villa also boasts an outdoor kitchen and perfectly manicured lawns.
Inside this year’s contestants will want for nothing in the state of the art kitchen and living area.
And the beds are currently being set up for this year’s batch of wannabes, who’re vying to make like Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay and walk away as the winners.
