Who is Emily Berrington? Humans actress playing synth Niska and starred in Inbetweeners 2

Who is Emily Berrington?

Emily Berrington was born December 7, 1986.

The 31-year-old attended King's Collge London as a development geography student.

Emily became involved in politics before her career in acting, taking a job working at the House of Commons for Labour MP Siobhain McDonagh.

She then went on to study acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Since 2014, she has been in a long-term relationship with Skins actor Ben Lloyd-Hughes.

What has she starred in?

Emily's first screen role was as Edward IV's mistress Jane Shore in BBC's The White Queen.

This led to her securing a part as Pete's Australian goddaughter Stacey in the final series of Outnumbered.

In 2014, she landed her breakthrough role as Will's love-interest Katie in The Inbetweeners 2.

Although she plays violent and resentful synth Niska in Humans, Emily revealed she won't use supermarket self-checkouts because she is afraid machines are really taking over.

When does Humans series three air on Channel 4?

Humans returned to Channel 4 on May 17, 2018.

Upon its return, the show - which airs on Channel 4 and AMC - will run for eight episodes.
