Lily Allen doesn’t deny mid-air romp with Liam Gallagher as she addresses encounter for the first time
Liam's ex Nicole Appleton confronted the pop star on social media, warning her 'one day our paths will cross'
LILY Allen has refused to deny sleeping with Liam Gallagher behind his wife Nicole Appleton's back.
The Smile singer has kept tight-lipped about the alleged mid-air romp with the Oasis rocker in 2009 since The Sun revealed she plans to tell all in a new book.
She added: "Now Nicole Appleton, bless her, she's reacted to it.
"So that's made it seem real. Now my Twitter feed is: 'Oh, stupid attention seeker, she just wants another minute in the limelight.' But I literally haven't said anything."
After the story ran about their fling on an 11-hour flight to Japan, Liam's ex-wife Nicole sent Lily a stark warning on twitter saying: "One day our paths will cross @lilyallen!"
Lily, 32, intends to disclose her “dynamite” account of the riotous bender on the Virgin Atlantic flight in My Thoughts Exactly, due out this year.
A source said: “Lily’s agent has been touting the first draft of the book and boasting that nothing has been held back.
“Everyone who read it was stunned as it’s amazing stuff and could be dynamite.”
Their high jinks came 17 months after the former Oasis frontman married singer Nicole Appleton, who is said to have grilled him over the incident.
The book may also include an account of when Lily saw Liam and now ex-wife Nicole at The Ivy restaurant shortly after.
She is said to have approached the couple — dining with Nicole’s sister Natalie and her Prodigy musician husband Liam Howlett — and acted “provocatively”.
It apparently left Nicole furious - and now the details are set to be exposed in Lily's new book later this year.
